Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II in Denver, CO to diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems, ensuring timely service requests completion. The role focuses on keeping apartment homes safe, comfortable, and rent-ready, with emphasis on preventative maintenance and quality workmanship.

You will work in a team-driven environment, adhere to safety policies, and contribute to exceptional living experiences for residents.

Qualifications

2–3 years of maintenance experience including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
Valid driver’s license.
On-call rotation availability.
Strong communication with team and residents.
Familiarity with safety data sheets (SDS) and PPE.
Knowledge of emergency systems and shutoffs.
Experience with painting and general maintenance.

Responsibilities

Diagnoses and repairs problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, emergency systems, and other maintenance areas.
Completes assigned service requests and repairs per company standards and in a timely manner.
Ensures vacant apartment homes are rent-ready promptly; performs turnkey work as needed.
Conducts apartment preventative maintenance.
Assists in painting interior and exterior surfaces.
Maintains safety culture by following Vivmark policies and reporting hazards.
Performs hot works (brazing, soldering, welding) per standards.
