Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems across apartment homes. You will complete service requests promptly, keep units rent-ready, and perform preventative maintenance.

The role includes painting tasks and maintaining a safe working environment. We require 2–3 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to participate in on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of maintenance experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical work.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to participate in rotating on-call shifts and follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and related systems.
• Complete service requests promptly and ensure vacant units are rent-ready.
• Perform preventative maintenance and assist with interior/exterior painting as needed.
• Maintain safety culture and follow all safety policies; perform hot works per standards.
