Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform preventive maintenance and repairs across the community. You will diagnose and fix HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues while ensuring units are rent-ready and safe for residents.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of maintenance experience including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work on-call rotation.
• Ability to communicate with residents and team about service requests.
• Ability to read policies and SDS safety data sheets.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and more.
• Complete service requests promptly and maintain community standards.
• Ensure vacant apartments are rent-ready in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance and assist with interior/exterior painting.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow safety policies.
