Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join our Denver community. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure apartment homes are ready for residents.

The role requires 2-3 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to participate in an on-call rotation. You will help maintain safety standards and support painting and finishing tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of maintenance experience including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance tasks
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to work on-call in rotation with the team
• Ability to communicate with residents and team members for service
• Ability to read and understand policies and procedures
• Knowledge of PPE and safe chemical handling
• Basic understanding of emergency systems and maintenance operations

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, and other systems
• Completes service requests and repairs to standard operating procedures and within timeframes
• Ensures vacant apartments are move-in ready in a timely manner
• Conducts preventative maintenance on systems and surfaces
• Assists with interior and exterior painting as needed
• Maintains safety culture and reports unsafe conditions
• Performs hot works (brazing, soldering, welding) per standards
