Job summary

Vivmark Residential in Frisco, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform repairs and preventative maintenance across the community. You will diagnose issues in HVAC, electrical and plumbing, complete service requests promptly, and help keep vacant homes rent-ready.

Qualifications

2-3 years of maintenance experience including HVAC repair, plumbing, electrical and general maintenance work.
A valid driver’s license is required.
Ability to participate in an on-call rotation each month.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and residents.
Ability to read policies and procedures including safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

Diagnoses and repairs HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry and safety systems.
Completes service requests and repairs promptly according to standards.
Ensures vacant apartment homes are rent-ready in a timely manner.
Performs preventative maintenance and routine upkeep.
Supports safety programs and proper use of PPE.
