Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general systems across our apartment communities. You will perform preventative maintenance, prepare vacants for move-in, and assist in painting while upholding safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work on-call rotations with residents. This role emphasizes reliability and customer service.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license.
• On-call schedule availability.
• Customer service communication with residents.
• Ability to read and understand policies and procedures (SDS, PPE use).
• Basic understanding of emergency systems and safety protocols.
• Paint knowledge and basic tools familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and more.
• Completes service requests and repairs timely.
• Ensures vacant homes are rent-ready promptly.
• Performs preventative maintenance on systems and components.
• Assists in painting interior and exterior surfaces.
• Supports a safe work culture by following safety policies.
