Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems across our communities. You will ensure timely service, readiness of vacant units, and preventive maintenance while upholding safety standards and quality of workmanship.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and is able to participate in rotating on-call schedules.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of maintenance experience, including HVAC, plumbing and electrical work.
• Ability to read and understand maintenance policies and SDS.
• Valid driver’s license and on-call availability.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing and other systems.
• Complete service requests promptly and ensure vacants are rent-ready.
• Perform preventative maintenance and assist with painting and safety tasks.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work site.
