Job summary

Expect independent work and adherence to quality and regulatory standards. Candidates should have 3+ years in electro‑mechanical maintenance, strong reading of schematics, and proficiency with MS Office; an associate degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of related electro‑mechanical maintenance experience with troubleshooting.
• Experience reading schematics, prints, and ladder logic.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced preventive and corrective maintenance on complex equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and control systems independently.
• Contribute to root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Mentor entry-level technicians and provide technical guidance.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, ISO and safety protocols.
