Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years electro-mechanical maintenance experience.
• Experience reading schematics and prints.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced preventive and corrective maintenance on complex equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automated systems independently.
• Contribute to root-cause analysis to prevent issues.
• Mentor entry-level technicians and support CI efforts.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, ISO and safety standards.
• Maintain records in CMMS and collaborate across teams.
