Job summary

bioMerieux is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician 3 to ensure optimal performance of high‑speed manufacturing equipment. You will perform advanced maintenance, troubleshoot complex systems, and mentor junior technicians in a 24/7 production setting.

The role requires strong electro‑mechanical expertise, fault finding, and a focus on continuous improvement within a cGMP environment. Familiarity with PLCs, ladder logic, and safety standards is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Associate’s Degree preferred; experience in electro-mechanical maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced preventive and corrective maintenance on sophisticated manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and automated systems independently.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to entry-level technicians.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with FDA regulations, GMP, ISO standards, and safety protocols.

Education
