Job summary

bioMérieux is seeking a Maintenance Technician 3 to ensure optimal performance of high-speed manufacturing equipment in a regulated setting. You will handle complex troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement while mentoring junior technicians.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related maintenance experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems.
• Ability to read schematics, prints, and wiring diagrams to troubleshoot complex equipment.
• Proven track record in a cGMP/regulated manufacturing environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced preventive and corrective maintenance on sophisticated manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and automated systems independently.
• Contribute to root-cause analysis to prevent recurring equipment issues.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to entry-level technicians.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with FDA regulations, GMP, ISO standards, and safety protocols.
• Utilize and maintain accurate records in computerized maintenance management systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
• Perform all work in compliance with company quality procedures and standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
