Job summary

bioMérieux is seeking a Maintenance Technician 3 to ensure continuous, high‑quality operation of our manufacturing equipment. The role emphasizes advanced troubleshooting, complex repairs, and mentoring junior technicians to uphold GMP and ISO standards.

You will contribute to continuous improvement programs, collaborate across teams, and document all maintenance activities in the CMMS. A strong background in electro-mechanical systems and adherence to safety protocols are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of related experience with intermediate to advanced troubleshooting, schematic/print reading, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and controls experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced preventive and corrective maintenance on sophisticated manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and automated systems independently.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to entry-level technicians.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with FDA regulations, GMP, ISO standards, and safety protocols.
