Job summary

bioMérieux Maintenance Technician 3 leads advanced maintenance on high-precision equipment, performing complex troubleshooting and root-cause analysis. You will mentor junior techs, participate in continuous improvement, and ensure adherence to FDA, GMP, and ISO standards.

The role requires strong electrical/mechanical skills, PLC and ladder logic familiarity, and experience in a regulated manufacturing environment. On-site opportunity with 24/7/2-2-3 operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of related experience - Intermediate to advanced level troubleshooting, schematic and print reading, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and controls experience required

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced preventive and corrective maintenance on complex equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and automated systems independently.
• Contribute to root-cause analysis efforts to prevent recurring equipment issues.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to entry-level technicians.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with FDA regulations, GMP, ISO standards, and safety protocols.
• Utilize and maintain accurate records in computerized maintenance management systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
• Perform all work in compliance with company quality procedures and standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
