Qualifications

• Experience in electro-mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced preventive and corrective maintenance on sophisticated manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and automated systems independently.
• Contribute to root-cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to entry-level technicians.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with FDA regulations, GMP, ISO standards, and safety protocols.
