You will contribute to continuous improvement projects, maintain detailed CMMS records, and collaborate across functions to minimize downtime while adhering to FDA, GMP, and ISO standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of related maintenance experience with intermediate to advanced troubleshooting and systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced preventive and corrective maintenance on sophisticated manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and automated systems independently.
• Contribute to root-cause analysis to prevent recurring equipment issues.
• Mentor entry-level technicians with technical guidance.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with FDA, GMP, ISO standards and safety protocols.
• Maintain CMMS records and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Operate in a 24/7 2-2-3 schedule to support high-volume production.
• Follow company quality procedures and standards.
