Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technical Support Coordinator IV to own Tier 2 emergency roadside cases from start to finish.

You will decide whether to dispatch internal technicians or third parties, addressing mechanical and electrical issues with a focus on uptime and customer satisfaction. Position requires strong maintenance knowledge, data-driven reporting, and the ability to operate diagnostic tools.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• ASE certifications preferred.
• 5+ years working in Ryder operations or similar environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and remedy vehicle roadside breakdowns with full autonomy.
• Coordinate with RCRC and leadership; provide follow ups and escalations to improve breakdowns and warranty issues.
• Provide updated technical knowledge and training to the maintenance team; share OEM information and bulletins.
• Mentor the Tier 1 call center team and provide status updates and training.
