bioMérieux seeks a Maintenance Technician 3 to ensure optimal performance of manufacturing equipment. The role emphasizes advanced troubleshooting, autonomous repairs, and mentoring junior staff in a cGMP environment.

The position requires supporting high‑speed automated processes, safety compliance, and accurate CMMS recordkeeping while driving continuous improvement and reliability across the plant floor.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience with intermediate to advanced troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and controls systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced preventive and corrective maintenance on sophisticated manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and automated systems independently.
• Contribute to root‑cause analysis to prevent recurring equipment issues.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to entry‑level technicians.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance reliability and efficiency.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with FDA, GMP, ISO standards and safety protocols.
• Utilize and maintain accurate records in CMMS.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
• Perform work in compliance with company quality procedures and standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
