Job summary

Resilience is a technology-focused biomanufacturing company seeking a Maintenance Technician III to perform preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance on process equipment in a regulated environment.

You will troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs and SCADA, interpret diagrams, perform changeovers and setup, document actions in the CMMS, and train operators while supporting continuous improvement projects that enhance equipment reliability and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated production environment.
• Experience with automation systems including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, Rockwell, Aveva/Wonderware, Siemens, Emerson or B&R.
• Must read/write speak English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform emergency repair, rebuilding, changeovers and inspections on process equipment.
• Troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs and SCADA systems.
• Interpret diagrams, drawings, PLC code and schematics.
• Document activities in the work order system per cGMP.
• Support equipment setup and operator training.
• Install new equipment and oversee upgrades per SOPs.
• Maintain 5S in operating areas and ensure safety procedures.
