Job summary

bioMérieux is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to support manufacturing operations by performing preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems. Qualifications

• Minimum two years of maintenance or related experience in manufacturing or facilities.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing or industrial equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and process-related equipment issues.
• Execute repairs in accordance with safety, quality, and maintenance procedures.
• Document maintenance activities accurately within required systems and records.
• Perform inventory checks and assist with spare parts management.
• Collaborate with maintenance team and manufacturing personnel to resolve technical issues.
• Escalate complex equipment problems to senior technicians or leadership when necessary.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
