bioMérieux seeks a Maintenance Technician 3 to sustain and optimize high-speed manufacturing equipment. You will perform advanced preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot complex electromechanical systems, and mentor junior technicians.

This role requires strong autonomy, involvement in root-cause analysis, and adherence to cGMP/ISO standards. Expect a 2-2-3 shift, 24/7 operations, and a focus on safety, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience; intermediate to advanced troubleshooting, schematic and print reading, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and controls experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced preventive and corrective maintenance on sophisticated manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and automated systems independently.
• Contribute to root-cause analysis efforts to prevent recurring equipment issues.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to entry-level technicians.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with FDA regulations, GMP, ISO standards, and safety protocols.
• Utilize and maintain accurate records in computerized maintenance management systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
• Perform all work in compliance with company quality procedures and standards.
