Job summary

The position entails adherence to FDA, GMP, and ISO standards, with a 24/7 2-2-3 shift pattern and a strong focus on continuous improvement and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of related experience — Intermediate to advanced level troubleshooting, schematic and print reading, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and controls experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced preventive and corrective maintenance on sophisticated manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and automated systems independently.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to entry-level technicians.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
