The role emphasizes root-cause analysis, continuous improvement, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards on a 24/7 operation. Strong PLC, electrical, and mechanical skills required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of related experience with intermediate to advanced-level troubleshooting, schematic and print reading, and mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and controls experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced preventive and corrective maintenance on sophisticated manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and automated systems independently.
• Contribute to root-cause analysis efforts to prevent recurring equipment issues.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to entry-level technicians.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with FDA regulations, GMP, ISO standards, and safety protocols.
