Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Alta Wren in Cary, NC. You will perform routine and preventative maintenance to keep buildings, grounds, and amenities clean, safe, and functional.

Responsibilities include making-ready tasks for vacancies, inventory control, and documenting work orders. The position requires EPA refrigerant certification and a valid driver’s license, with occasional on-call duties and a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience performing maintenance and repairs on building systems.
• Knowledge of safety rules and standard procedures.
• Able to read work orders and document work performed.
