Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications Type 1 and II or Universal.
• All state/local certifications as required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance per policies and safety standards.
• Prepares vacant apartment homes for leasing and move-ins; conducts pre-move-out inspections and punch lists.
• Manages materials, inventory, and returns unused items; notifies supervisor about re-order needs.
• Documents service requests accurately for tracking and records.
