Qualifications

• EPA Type I and II or Universal refrigerant certifications.
• State and local certifications as required.
• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders and perform preventative maintenance per policies and safety standards.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant units and conduct pre-move-in inspections.
• Manage materials and inventory, re-orders, and document consumption.
• Document service requests timely to ensure traceability.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; perform cleaning and painting tasks.
• Support cost-control by repairing instead of replacing parts when feasible.
