Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring the buildings meet safety, cleanliness and functionality standards at Arlow at Blue Ridge in Raleigh, NC. The role requires handling preventative maintenance, making-ready tasks, inventory management, and safety compliance.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, inspecting and repairing as needed, coordinating with vendors, and documenting work.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• OSHA or safety-related training is required/strongly encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Execute make-ready tasks to prepare vacant homes for leasing and move-ins.
• Manage materials and inventory, track usage, and coordinate with maintenance supervisor.
• Document service requests timely and accurately for tracking.
• Assist in groundskeeping and cleaning of common areas and amenities.
• Support cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
