You will ensure service requests are completed promptly and that vacant apartments are rent-ready. Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of maintenance experience including HVAC, plumbing, electrical work.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Willingness to participate in on-call schedule rotating with the team.
• Familiarity with PPE and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, emergency systems, flooring, and more.
• Completes service requests and repairs within company standards and timelines.
• Maintains vacant apartment homes to be rent-ready.
• Conduits preventative maintenance and routine inspections.
• Assists in interior and exterior painting as needed.
• Upholds a safe, incident- and injury-free work culture and reports unsafe conditions.
• Performs hot works including brazing, soldering, and welding per policy.
