Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II in Foster City, CA to maintain and repair apartment homes, ensuring residents enjoy a high quality living experience. The role covers HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance tasks, with opportunities to perform preventive maintenance and painting as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in maintenance work including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general maintenance repairs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, safety systems, and more.
• Completes assigned service requests in a timely manner per company standards.
• Ensures vacant apartment homes are rent-ready quickly; performs turnkey work as needed.
• Performs preventative maintenance on apartment homes.
• Assists in interior and exterior painting as required.
• Maintains a safe work environment following Vivmark safety policies and proper PPE usage.
• Performs hot works including brazing, soldering, and welding per company standards.
