Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a talented Maintenance Technician II in Encino, CA to diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems across the community. You will complete service requests, ensure apartments are rent-ready promptly, and participate in preventative maintenance and safety initiatives.

Candidates should have 2–3 years of maintenance experience, hold a valid driver's license, and be able to work on a rotating on-call schedule.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in maintenance work, including knowledge surrounding HVAC repair, Plumbing, Electrical, and General Maintenance repair work.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems.
• Completes assigned service requests and repairs in a timely manner.
• Ensures vacant apartment homes are rent-ready in a timely manner.
• Performs Preventative Maintenance and assists in painting interior/exterior surfaces.
• Maintains a safe work environment by following all safety policies.
