Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II in Encino, CA. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry to maintain community health and safety. You will complete service requests promptly and ensure turnover readiness of apartments.

You will perform preventative maintenance, assist with painting, and uphold a strong safety culture in line with Vivmark policies. On-call rotation and teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of maintenance experience including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work on-call in rotation.
• Ability to read policies and safety data sheets (SDS).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and related systems.
• Complete service requests in line with standards and timelines.
• Ensure vacant homes are rent-ready promptly.
• Perform preventative maintenance and assist in painting.
• Maintain safety culture and follow Vivmark policies.
• Handle hot works (brazing, soldering, welding) per standards.
