Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to work on-call in rotation with the team.
• Knowledge of SDS, PPE, and safe chemical handling.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems.
• Complete service requests and repairs in line with safety and company standards.
• Ensure vacant apartment homes are rent-ready in a timely manner and assist with painting as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance and maintain a safe, incident-free work culture.
