Vivmark Residential in Encino, CA is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems across our apartment communities. You will ensure timely completion of service requests and maintain properties in excellent condition.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, and related systems.
• Completes assigned service requests and repairs in a timely manner.
• Ensures vacant apartments are rent-ready and performs turnkey work as needed.
• Conducts apartment preventative maintenance.
• Assists in painting interior and exterior surfaces.
• Maintains safety culture and follows all safety policies and procedures.
• Performs hot works (brazing, soldering, welding) per standards.
