Job summary

Vivmark Residential in California is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join our team in Brea. This full-time role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and major appliances to keep residents comfortable and our properties running smoothly.

You’ll perform preventative maintenance, support on-call rotations, and ensure safety protocols, quality workmanship, and timely, professional service across our apartment communities.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of maintenance experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to participate in on-call rotation.
• Strong communication with residents and team.
• Knowledge of safety policies, SDS, and PPE.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and safety systems.
• Completes service requests promptly per standards.
• Ensures vacant apartments are rent-ready in a timely manner.
• Performs preventative maintenance.
• Assists with painting and safety compliance.
