Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee interior/exterior building maintenance, grounds, and common areas. You will ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality while managing work orders and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities include make-ready of vacant units, budgeting support, and adherence to safety standards. EPA certifications and HVAC experience are preferred; a flexible schedule may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance, or related trade.
• Must provide own hand tools; safe use of hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to apply principles of logical thinking to define and correct problems.
• Proficiency in customer service and interpersonal communication; interact with residents and staff.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively; basic computer skills; PMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests and perform routine upkeep; diagnose defects and repair per policy.
• Oversee the make-ready process for vacant units; inspect, schedule vendors, complete tasks.
• Develop standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds and common areas.
• Periodically inspect work by staff and contractors for quality and compliance.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate with Community Manager on supplies and budget.
