Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance role to service and maintain the community’s inside and exterior spaces. You will handle work orders, complete make-ready tasks, inspect and maintain safety standards, and support budget planning.

The role requires 3–5 years of maintenance experience, EPA certifications, and a valid driver’s license for on-site operations. The position is based in Canoga Park, CA with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Must be able to use hand tools and maintain safety and quality standards.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively for team coordination.
• Proficiency with basic math for budgeting and admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests and perform routine maintenance and repairs.
• Manage make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate with vendors.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas to ensure Greystar standards.
• Oversee safety and compliance with OSHA and local regulations.
• Track inventory, order supplies, and assist with budget development.
