Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service interior and exterior building features, grounds, and common areas. Responsibilities include diagnosing defects, completing repairs, and ensuring safety and quality standards.

The role requires experience in property maintenance, use of hand and power tools, and the ability to manage make-ready tasks for leasing units. A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist and complete work orders from resident requests and perform routine upkeep.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate vendors.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and stay within budget guidelines.
• Conduct monthly preventative maintenance procedures.
• Support budget development for regular repairs and capital projects.
