Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or related experience.
• Experience in property maintenance or related trade.
• Must provide own hand tools unless prohibited by state law.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively.
• Proficiency with basic computer programs and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Handle work orders from residents and perform routine maintenance.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant homes and coordinate vendors.
• Set standards for cleanliness and appearance of common areas.
• Inspect work and ensure quality and compliance.
• Maintain inventory and assist budgeting for repairs.
