Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a maintenance technician to ensure indoor and outdoor areas meet Greystar standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and oversee the make-ready process for vacant apartments, coordinating vendors and materials as needed.

Responsibilities include inspecting work, maintaining tools and inventory, and supporting budget development for repairs and capital projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• Ability to use hand tools and maintain safety standards.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively for operations.
• Proficiency with basic math for administrative and legal documents.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair defects in buildings and grounds per policies and safety standards.
• Complete the make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate vendors as needed.
• Set cleanliness and appearance standards for grounds, amenities, and public areas.
• Inspect work by others and contractors to ensure quality and specifications.
• Maintain inventory and assist with budgeting for repairs and capital projects.
