Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to oversee and perform technical and mechanical work to keep community buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas up to Greystar standards. The role requires coordinating make-readies, inspections, and vendor oversight.

Qualified candidates will have 3–5 years in property maintenance, EPA certifications, and proficiency with Yardi, Excel, and CRM systems. A valid driver’s license and tool ownership are needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or related training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Own hand tools and safe use of tools.
• Strong reading, writing and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with MS Office and property management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist and complete work orders from resident requests and perform routine upkeep.
• Oversee and complete make-ready process for vacant units and inspections.
• Develop standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds, exteriors and common areas.
• Inspect work by team members and contractors for quality and safety compliance.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate supplies within budget.
