Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a maintenance professional to oversee and perform technical work ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality of community buildings, grounds, and amenities. You will diagnose issues, manage make-ready tasks for vacants, and maintain standards across exteriors and interiors.

You will inspect work for quality, manage inventory, conduct preventive maintenance, and support cost-saving initiatives while delivering responsive service to residents and teams.

Qualifications

• Diagnose and repair facility defects per policy and code.
• Manage make-ready process for vacant units and inspections.
• Set and maintain cleanliness and appearance standards for grounds and common areas.
• Inspect fellow staff and contractors for quality and timeliness.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate with management on supplies.

Responsibilities

• Manage work orders from resident requests and perform routine upkeep.
• Oversee make-ready process for leasing vacancies and scheduling vendors.
• Develop standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds, exteriors, interiors, and common areas.
• Periodically inspect work by team members and contractors for quality and compliance.
• Maintain adequate spare parts inventory and coordinate budgeted purchases.
• Complete monthly preventative maintenance per policy.
• Support cost-cutting by repairing rather than replacing where feasible.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and ensure MSDS and OSHA compliance.
• Provide responsive customer service to residents and teammates.
