Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the Orlando, FL site. You will lead the maintenance team, oversee work orders, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and resident satisfaction across the property.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisor experience in maintenance, knowledge of OSHA/MSDS, and EPA/Pool Operator certifications. Strong computer skills and familiarity with Entrata/Yardi/One Site are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required and OSHA/MSDS knowledge understood.
• Technical degree preferred; supervision experience expected.
• 1–3 years of supervisor experience in maintenance; 2–3 years in apartment maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team, hire/train, and evaluate staff.
• Handle work orders and routine upkeep; diagnose defects and repair per policy.
• Inspect work; manage safety, inventory, and budget with Community Manager.
• Oversee make-ready process and ensure quality and cost controls.
• Conduct safety meetings and ensure compliance with regulations.
