RangeWater Real Estate, LLC, Seven41 Winter Park in Winter Park, FL, seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the property's maintenance team, manage work orders, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and high standards across buildings and amenities.

The role requires OSHA/MSDS knowledge, 1–3 years of supervisory experience in maintenance, and EPA/Pool/Spa operator certifications. Excellent communication, budgeting, and vendor coordination skills are essential.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED; OSHA/MSDS knowledge.
• 1–3 years of supervisor experience in property maintenance.
• 2–3 years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Entrata/Yardi and/or OneSite.
• EPA certifications Type I/II or Universal; Certified Pool/Spa Operator certificates.

Responsabilidades

• Lead maintenance team; hire, train, and evaluate staff.
• Oversee work orders and preventative maintenance per policy.
• Inspect vendors and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Manage inventory and budget for parts and supplies.
• Prepare maintenance budgets with Community Manager; control costs.
