Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep of our multi-family properties. You will lead the maintenance team, handle work orders, and ensure safety, appearance, and reliability of buildings and common areas.

The role requires 1–3 years supervisory experience in property maintenance, knowledge of OSHA/MSDS, and familiarity with property management software (Entrata Yardi or One Site). On-site work schedule; weekends may be required.
