RangeWater in Florida seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team, oversee work orders, and ensure buildings meet cleanliness, safety, and operational standards.

You will schedule preventive maintenance, manage vendor relations, and support budgeting with the Community Manager. Strong leadership, communication, and knowledge of OSHA safety rules are required for success in this role.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required; OSHA/MSDS knowledge preferred.
• 2–3 years of maintenance supervision experience.
• Experience with property management software is a plus (Entrata/Yardi or One Site).

Responsabilidades

• Lead maintenance team and oversee Make Ready processes.
• Diagnose and repair issues on-site; prioritize work orders.
• Monitor safety, compliance with policies, and budget adherence.
