The position requires OSHA/MSDS knowledge, a high school diploma or GED, and a technical degree is a plus. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to drive efficiency and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• OSHA standards knowledge and MSDS regulations helpful.
• Technical degree preferred but not required for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform maintenance to meet company standards.
• Manage maintenance team; hire, train, and evaluate staff.
• Process work orders and perform repairs per policy and safety rules.
• Inspect work by staff and contractors for quality and safety compliance.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies within budget guidelines.
• Assist in budget development for maintenance and capital expenses.
• Conduct monthly Preventative Maintenance procedures as outlined in policy.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and appearance of property and report issues.
