RangeWater Residential is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep of the property’s interior and exterior spaces in Orlando. You will manage the maintenance team, handle work orders, and ensure compliance with safety policies and code requirements.

The role requires leading maintenance activities, evaluating staff performance, and coordinating with vendors to maintain quality and cost controls while meeting the community’s standards.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required; OSHA standards and MSDS regulations knowledge.
• EPA certifications Type I/II or Universal for refrigerant recycling; Certified Pool Operator or similar where required by state/local jurisdiction.
• Strong communication and delivery skills; ability to connect with people at all levels.

Mansioni

• Lead and manage the maintenance team; hire, orient, train, and evaluate staff.
• Respond to work orders and perform routine property upkeep per policies and safety standards.
• Inspect work by staff and contractors; ensure quality, safety, and budget compliance.
