Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Florida properties. You will oversee the maintenance team, manage work orders from residents, and ensure building exteriors, grounds, and amenities meet safety and quality standards.

The role requires OSHA/MSDS knowledge and 1–3 years of supervision in apartment maintenance. Proficiency with property management software is a plus. Regular hours and on-site work at our communities are required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; OSHA/ MSDS knowledge; technical degree preferred.
• Supervisor Experience: 1-3 years leading maintenance teams.
• Management: 1-3 years of supervision.
• Experience Preferred: 2-3 years apartment maintenance experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manages maintenance team and conducts employee evaluations.
• Handles work orders from resident requests and performs routine upkeep.
• Inspects work for quality and compliance with safety standards; manages inventory and budgeting with the Community Manager.
• Executes Preventative Maintenance procedures monthly and ensures safety and cleanliness of property.
