Job summary

Pennrose Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance staff across assigned properties in the Atlanta area. You will supervise technicians and porters, ensure timely repairs, and maintain buildings to Pennrose standards.

This on-site role requires hands-on maintenance, painting, and strong leadership to drive a safe, well-maintained portfolio. You will coordinate vendor work, manage make-ready processes, and support budget planning for repairs and capital

Qualifications

• Three years of maintenance supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between properties.
• EPA certification (608 – Universal) within six months of employment.
• CAMT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance staff and diagnose/repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall and appliances.
• Oversee make-ready process and ensure units are turn-ready within five business days of move-out.
• Maintain buildings, grounds, common areas and vacant units to ensure clean, painted and compliant conditions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and inspections; communicate with residents and vendors.
