You will manage schedules, coordinate vendors, and participate in budgeting for repairs and capital improvements while maintaining high standards of property maintenance and tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education; technical training a plus.
• 3 years of oversight of maintenance buildings and teams.
• Ability to travel between properties with valid license.
• Company‑provided EPA certification required within 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance staff and ensure timely, quality repairs.
• Manage make‑ready of vacant units and prepare for leasing.
• Lead safety, OSHA compliance, and preventative maintenance programs.
• Coordinate with Property Manager on budget for repairs and capital expenses.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas and report issues.
• Respond to on‑call emergencies as needed.
