Job summary

Pennrose Management Company seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance teams across apartment properties. You will guide technicians and porters, manage repairs, and supervise make-ready and painting tasks to ensure properties meet standards.

You will coordinate with the Property Manager, manage safety and compliance, and participate in budget planning. Candidates should have 3+ years of supervisory experience, a valid license, and be willing to travel between properties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical training certifications a plus.
• Three years of oversight of maintenance buildings and team members.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties.
• EPA certification required within six months of employment (Pennrose provides this).

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and provide guidance to technicians and porters.
• Ensure timely repairs and service requests using the company app.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant units and punch lists for maintenance work.
• Maintain paint, cleanliness, and safety across buildings and grounds.
• Assist in budgeting for repair, maintenance and capital expenses.
• Comply with all SOPs and OSHA regulations; ensure safe work environment.
